Project Update 08/23/21 and Public Information Meeting

Welcome to the Border Basin website.

This website will continue to be updated as a central resource for the Project’s development status and our stakeholder communications.


In coordination with the Ohio Power Siting Board, Border Basin hosted two public information meetings to answer any questions regarding the solar facility.


The second public information meeting took place in person on 08/16/2021 at the Arcadia Lions Community Center. Company representatives were able to answer questions, engage with attendees, and provide resources.

The first public information meeting was held virtually 05/13/2021.

How to participate:

OPSB accepts written comments about the project from interested persons at any time, as well as written or oral testimony from any person at the public hearing.  Petitions to intervene in the adjudicatory hearing will be accepted by OPSB in accordance with a deadline set by OPSB.
